* Three exalted planet's this weekend* will give great opportunities for
healing, spirituality, peace and connection. The recent alignment of
Mercury and Mars in Gemini may have brought some difficulties with
communications, friends and keeping the details straight that allows us
to manage our life. Venus will be exalted for a month now
and exchanging with Jupiter. This goes into effect today, Friday.
Exalted Venus will bring increased capacity for spiritual devotion,
happiness and love to flow easily into our life and those dear to us.
The Sun has been exalted for a couple of weeks now bringing the power of
clarity, consistency, truthful identity and integrity. Expect this to
continue but harmonized with more love and devotion for the next couple
of weeks. This weekend the Moon will be exalted, and since her Lord
Venus is also exalted the mind and heart will be very settled bringing
increased capacity for peace, connection and emotional stability.*

The secret of happiness is hidden under the cover of spiritual knowledge.
The soul in Sanskrit, in the terms of the Vedanta, is called Atman which means happiness or bliss itself. It is not that happiness belongs to the soul; it is that the soul itself is happiness. Today we often confuse happiness with pleasure; but pleasure is only an illusion, a shadow of happiness; and in this delusion man may pass his whole life, seeking after pleasure and never finding satisfaction. ... Do you think that if these people gained their desires they would be happy? If they possessed all, would that suffice? No, they would still find some excuse for unhappiness; all these excuses are only like covers over a man's eyes, for deep within is the yearning for the true happiness which none of these things can give. He who is really happy is happy everywhere, in a palace or in a cottage, in riches or in poverty, for he has discovered the fountain of happiness which is situated in his own heart. As long as a person has not found that fountain, nothing will give him real happiness.

As the light of the sun helps the plant to grow, so the divine Spirit helps the soul towards its perfection.

The purpose of life is that we grow towards perfection; from the greatest limitation we grow towards perfection. Its beauty is in acquiring wisdom, in living at the cost of all our failures, our mistakes. It is all worthwhile, and it all accomplishes the purpose of our coming to the earth.

May the Sun in our hearts shine the way and illuminate the path...
